Scripture Reading:
Romans 8:1–6
Some voices replay past failures. They accuse. They shame. They say, “You should have known better.”
But there is another voice that speaks freedom and forward movement.
Guilt can help us recognize mistakes. Shame tries to define us by them.
One voice traps you in the past. The other invites you to move forward.
Which one are you listening to?
Reflection Question:
Are you learning from your mistakes—or being defined by them?
Action Step:
Think of one regret. Ask: What can I learn? Then consciously release the rest.
Prayer:
Help me learn without being trapped. Lead me forward with clarity and hope.
