Scripture: John 6:1–13 (click to read)

Key Verse: “Then Jesus took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted.” (John 6:11)

A huge crowd had followed Jesus into the countryside. They were hungry—physically and spiritually. All they had was one boy’s small lunch: five loaves and two fish. But when Jesus blessed what was offered, it became enough to feed thousands.

Meals become miraculous when shared. The miracle wasn’t just in the multiplying—it was in the offering. The boy gave what little he had, and Jesus turned scarcity into abundance.

When you share your table—or your time, your listening, your resources—God multiplies the impact. The table becomes a place of generosity, gratitude, and grace.

Reflection Question: What small thing could you offer this week that God might use to bless others?

Action Step: Invite someone to share a meal with you—whether it’s home-cooked or takeout—and ask how you can pray for them.

Prayer: Generous God, bless what I have and multiply it through Your love. Help me to open my table, my heart, and my hands to others. Amen.
