Gratitude as a Way of Life-Saturday, 01/24/2026

Scripture: Psalm 103:1–5

The psalmist calls the soul to bless the Lord and to “forget not all God’s benefits.” Gratitude here is not a momentary practice, but a way of life. It shapes how we begin our days, how we endure challenges, and how we rest at night.

Gratitude becomes most powerful when it is practiced consistently. Over time, it forms a heart that is more resilient, more hopeful, and more attentive to God’s presence in everyday life.

As this week comes to a close, gratitude invites us to carry these practices forward—not perfectly, but faithfully.

Reflection Question:
What gratitude practice do you want to carry into the coming week?

Practice:
Choose one gratitude habit from this week and commit to practicing it daily.

Prayer:
Faithful God, shape my life through gratitude. Help me remember your goodness and live in trust. Amen.
