God Is Forever - Friday, 07/24/2026

Read: Revelation 7:9–17; Revelation 21:1–7; Revelation 22:1–5; Psalm 115:9–18

Kids ask big questions.

What happens when people die? Will things always be broken? Why do people get sick? Why do sad things happen? Will God make everything right?

The Bible does not answer every question the way we might wish. But it does give us a promise: God is forever, and God’s future is good.

Revelation gives us pictures of that hope. People from every nation gathered before God. Tears wiped away. Hunger ended. Thirst satisfied. Death no more. The river of life flowing. God making all things new.

This is not an escape from the world God made. It is God’s promise to heal creation. The story that begins in a garden in Genesis ends with a renewed creation in Revelation. The God who created the world in love will not abandon it. The God who knows us, shelters us, and loves us will bring us home into life that lasts.

At Rainforest Falls, kids learned that God is forever. That means God’s goodness does not expire. God’s love does not run out. God’s promise does not wear thin. Even when life changes, God remains faithful.

So we can praise the Lord now—and forever.

For reflection: What part of God’s future promise gives you hope today?

Try this today: As a family, name one thing you hope God will make right in the world. Then pray for one small way to live toward that hope today.

Prayer: Forever God, thank you that your love does not end. When we face change, loss, or uncertainty, hold us in your promise. Help us live with hope, trusting that you are making all things new. Amen.
