Scripture Reading: John 10:3–5

“Sheep listen to his voice…they follow because they know his voice.”

Trust grows through familiarity.

You recognize the voices you spend time with. The more you expose yourself to fear, outrage, comparison, and negativity, the more natural those voices sound. The more you spend time in truth, gratitude, and hope, the more natural those become.

You are being shaped by what you consistently listen to.

Today, choose carefully.

What daily habit most influences your mindset?

Action Step:
Replace one negative input (news cycle, scrolling, comparison) with five minutes of reading something life-giving.

Prayer:
Tune my ears to what brings life. Shape my heart through what I choose to hear.
