Youth Ministry Mission

We welcome all students, grades 7-12, into a passionate relationship with Christ! Drawing on Biblical truth and trusted Youth Ministry resources, we embrace and seek to implement the following five core components of Youth Ministry: Evangelism, Fellowship, Discipleship, Worship, and Service. Through all weekly meetings and monthly scheduled outings/activities, we strive to implement one or more of the above mentioned core components. In doing so, we hope to see students mature in their personal faith. As they do so, students are then challenged to branch out, intentionally impacting their peers for Christ.

Knowing that the core message of the gospel is un-changing, we strive to utilize activities and interests relevant to this generation to enhance spiritual growth. These activities include, but are not limited to: games, music, art, drama, videos, dance, and more! If you are excited to grow in your faith and want to see your generation impacted for Christ, come check us out!

Relating to Teens Today

In today’s technologically based world, face to face relationships have suffered. More time is spent on websites than in devotion books, and today’s teenagers are more familiar with iTunes & Facebook than Christian standards and God’s Word.

The Bible does tell us to be “in the world…” We are not called to live in self-contained bubbles or “no sin safety-zones”. However, we are called to be “in the world, but not of the world.” We are called to mentor young people from darkness to light, helping them learn the differences between the wide roads of this world and the narrow paths of Christ.

We strive to utilize the most current and culturally relevant tools to reach this generation for Christ. By utilizing art, music, drama, dance, videos, technology, and other culturally relevant mediums, we seek to boldly declare that the Jesus of 2000 years ago is still relevant and changing lives today!

If you are excited to grow in your faith and want to see your generation impacted or Christ, come check us out! All are welcome!

In Christ Alone,
